Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and dispatch. We consider an order "dispatched" when it’s handed off to our shipping carrier and on its way to you. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Please be aware that carriers may experience transit delays during peak times or holidays, which are beyond our control. International orders may encounter customs delays, which could further impact delivery time.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It’s important to check that your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can lead to delays or cancellations. If our system flags any address issues, we’ll email you within 3 business days to confirm your shipping details. If we don’t receive a response, we may cancel the order to prevent further issues.
If you catch an error in your shipping details, please email us within 24 hours of ordering at volosso@support.com. We’ll do our best to make updates but cannot guarantee changes after 24 hours.
Delayed Delivery
We know that a timely delivery is important, and we work hard to dispatch orders quickly. However, certain factors outside of our control—such as weather disruptions or carrier delays—may impact delivery times. If these arise, we’ll work with the courier to resolve any issues.
Unexpected circumstances such as product availability or payment verification may also delay shipping. Should any issues arise, we’ll keep you informed on your order’s status.
While we aim for prompt delivery, Volosso cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors but will always be available to help as much as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand the frustration of a lost or stolen package. Once a package is handed off to the courier, we have limited control over its transit. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please email us at volosso@support.com. We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, and we’re happy to support the process.
Please note that Volosso is not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will assist with follow-up efforts and updates. Depending on the situation, a replacement may be offered if a package remains undelivered. In some cases, filing a police report may also be necessary.
