Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change! To make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and may no longer be modified or canceled. If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

Our team takes great care in packaging your order to prevent damage. A product is considered damaged if it has a defect or arrives physically broken. Please note that minor damage to packaging (such as dents or scratches) does not count as product damage.

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@volosso.com with a clear photo of the damage. We’ll determine if a replacement is necessary at no cost to you. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to deliver orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other factors beyond our control. For assistance with delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. Volosso is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an incorrect address is used and not corrected within 24 hours, we are unable to provide a resend or refund.
